Franchising Facts
Franchise Fee: $30,000 each location
- Royalty Fees: 5% of Gross Sales (excluding sales tax)
- Agreement Terms: 10 years with one 10-year renewal
- Average Unit Size: one acre lot and 3,000 square foot building
Franchising Requirements
Capital is required to open and operate store(s). Bush’s Corporate does not finance franchisees. Cost of land, building and equipment packages vary depending on area selected and market conditions.
